Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations will be charged 50% of the service cost. No-shows will be charged in full.
A 15-minute grace period is offered. After that, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled.
If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone showing signs of illness to protect the safety of all clients.
We require a $25 deposit to reserve your appointment. You can choose to have this go towards the price of service, gratuity, or refunded after the service has been completed.
